About
AIT’s Summer School aims to combine top quality education in ‘hot’ engineering fields with topics on philosophy, ethics, history, business and communication skills. It is taught by top academics, industry leaders and decision makers, covering two emerging multi-disciplinary fields:

Smart Management of the Human Environment (Part of SmartENITN project activities), where information and communication technologies meet Civil Engineering.

Social Networking
, where sociology meets information and communication technologies.

Smart Management and Social Networks related content will be delivered in weeks 1 and 3 respectively, with the heart of the Summer School (week 2) being devoted to critical topics that are missing from most engineering school curricula.

Educational activities are enriched by:
Getting to know Ancient Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic games
Experiencing the historic centre of Athens
Visiting some of the world's most important archeological sites and museums
Swiming in the Aegean and Ionian Sea, and taking in the Greek countryside

Take advantage of the all-in-one package including tuition, accommodation, recreation and local transport expenses.
